Due to the strategic and consulting nature of our services:

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
In case of a performance-based agreement, terms will be clearly outlined in the contract.
If a guarantee is offered, it applies strictly according to the written agreement signed between both parties.
